The Real Estate Department consists of two (2) tranfer clerk Supervisors, two (2) full-time transfer clerks.
The Real Estate Department also contains four (4) full-time data entry clerks.

The real estate department is responsible for the data entry, maintenance and record keeping of any parcel transfers or splits which occur throughout the year.
